Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with sga888. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds. Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Account holder. Sharing Account credentials or allowing third parties to access your Account is prohibited.
Warning: Providing false information during registration, using another person's identity, or creating duplicate accounts will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all deposits and winnings.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match official identification documents that may be requested for verification purposes.
sga888 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify User identities and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit copies of your Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership.
Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission. Your ability to withdraw funds may be restricted until identity verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify sga888 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. sga888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not share your password with anyone or use the same password for multiple online services.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your address, phone number, or email address. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delayed withdrawals, account suspension, or inability to recover your Account in case of forgotten credentials.
sga888 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for promotional offers.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, bank processing delays may occur, particularly during weekends or public holidays. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Users may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

Processing times apply during WIB business hours (09:00-17:00); off-peak withdrawals may take longer due to bank system maintenance.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. sga888 reserves the right to exclude Users from bonuses or revoke bonus privileges if abuse is suspected.
All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a welcome bonus with 10x rollover means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before withdrawal. Rollover requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Bonuses expire after a specified period, typically 30 days from activation unless otherwise stated. Once a bonus expires, both the bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Time remaining on active bonuses is displayed in your Account dashboard.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusion with other Users, hedging bets across multiple Accounts or platforms, exploiting software errors, and any other activity designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers. Users engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts will be permanently closed.
The sga888 VIP loyalty program rewards active players with tiered benefits including cashback, faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive promotions. VIP tier is determined by monthly wagering volume. Tier benefits are detailed on our website and subject to change. Downgrading of VIP tier may occur if monthly activity thresholds are not maintained.
All bets are subject to acceptance by sga888. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. If a bet is placed in error, contact customer support immediately; however, we are under no obligation to void mistaken bets.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by relevant governing bodies. Settlement is typically completed within 24 hours of event conclusion. For live (in-play) betting, odds and markets change dynamically based on game events. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, bets are generally voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours.

We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that it will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sga888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or display content from third-party providers (game studios, sports data feeds). sga888 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions and outcomes. sga888 does not provide gambling advice or guarantee winnings. Users are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their means.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. Accounts with pending bonuses, active rollovers, or unresolved disputes may be subject to additional review before closure is finalized.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Suspended Accounts may be reviewed and potentially reinstated at our discretion.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. After six (6) months of inactivity, we may contact you via email. After twelve (12) months, we reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee or close the Account. Any remaining Balance will be held and returned upon valid claim.
As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, Users may request self-exclusion for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent). During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. These Terms & Conditions and your use of the sga888 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga888 operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5-10 business days for standard inquiries. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal customer support processes.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
You agree to resolve disputes with sga888 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, or other representative proceedings against sga888.
